Luke Lantta is the Co-Leader of BCLP’s national fiduciary disputes team. As a fiduciary litigator, he specializes in helping financial institutions and individuals navigate a wide range of fiduciary disputes, including trust, estate, and probate disputes. Luke has extensive experience helping both corporate and individual fiduciaries resolve breach of fiduciary duty claims, matters of will and trust construction, will caveats, actions for removal of trustees and executors, competency claims, and actions for trust modification and termination. In addition to his trial court practice, Luke frequently appears in Georgia’s appellate courts and has influenced Georgia fiduciary law on in terrorem clauses and trustees’ duties. He is a regular author and speaker on fiduciary disputes and a graduate of Duke University School of Law.
