Nora Gieg Chatha is a Member of the Eckert Seamans law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Nora represents corporate fiduciary banks and trust companies, wealth managers, and individual private clients in all areas of estate & trust planning, administration, and litigation. Nora is a fellow of the esteemed American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and her knowledge of estate planning, fiduciary duties, and court practice aids her in providing comprehensive representation to clients in a variety of complex situations. Nora’s prior experience as legal counsel for the Pennsylvania State Medicaid (Medical Assistance) Agency, the Department of Human Services (formerly Public Welfare), and status as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation uniquely equip her to advise her clients in all aspects of planning.
Nora is a frequent speaker on fiduciary topics and she is the past president of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh.
