Sacha W. Waldeck serves as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer for Raymond James Trust, N.A. and Raymond James Trust Company of New Hampshire. Her responsibilities consist of managing the Trust Compliance program, systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OCC and New Hampshire State trust laws and
regulations. Sacha has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and wealth management industry.
Prior to joining Raymond James, Sacha worked at Sabal Trust Company as Principal, BSA, AML and Chief Compliance Officer and at Cadence Bank (formerly BancorpSouth Bank) as Senior Vice President and Trust Compliance Officer.
Sacha earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. In addition, she is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management School, and is a graduate of the ABA National Graduate Trust School.
Sacha’s professional certifications include the include Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist™ and Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor.
